Prochaska, Overgaard, Mulder, & Gulbrandson pick up wins
Skylar Prochaska picked up the win Friday night in the Winged 360 Sprints. Prochaska came out on top of the 31 cars in attendance as he held off Derrik Lusk to score the $1500 victory. Gregg Bakker, John Lambertz & Ryan Bickett rounded out the top 5. In USRA Hobby Stock action, it was Dustin Gulbrandson picking up the victory over Chad Lonneman, Mark Vandentop, Matt Lange & Justin Regnerus. The USRA B-Mod feature saw Dave Mulder pick up the win. Mitch Van Engen ran second, and Cullen Deruyter, Kevin Joachim & Miah Christensen had top five runs. In USRA Stock Car action, Scott Overgaard scored the victory, beating out Derek Vanderbrink to take the win. Rich Gregoire came home third, with Jon Deboer & Darwin Klaasen rounding out the top five. This week, the USMTS modified series makes a Friday night stop at Rapid Speedway. This is a can't-miss event, as the top modified drivers in the country battle it out right here at Rapid Speedway! In addition, USRA B-Mods & USRA Stock Cars will take part in the Ironman Challenge! With the addition of the HRA Sportsman division, it promises to be one of the best nights of racing you'll see all year, with strong car counts & top notch racing.
