Rapid Speedway - Up Close

3/8 mile dirt oval located at the famed fairgrounds in Rock Rapids, IA. With a racing surface that is 80ft wide, this place breeds three wide racing! Weekly racing on Friday nights at 7:30pm, including HRA traditional non-wing sprints, USRA B-mods, USRA Stock cars, and USRA Hobby stocks.

In addition to the exciting weekly racing Rapid Speedway offers, special events in 2013 include the USMTS Modified event in conjunction with the USRA Ironman Challenge on June 7th, two 410 Outlaw Sprint shows, two unsanctioned 360 Winged Sprint Car events, and a visit from the Jackson Sprint Touring Series on July 18th.
