Rapid Speedway is Going Green in 2014!!
This year, as a driver, when you sign in at the pit gate, there will be NO PAPERWORK to fill out! That's right, I said NO PAPERWORK TO FILL OUT!! Rapid Speedway is going green in 2014!!
Be prepared when you arrive at the track with all of your information. You will be asked to sign a W-9 for winnings reporting if you earn more than $600 in 2014. If the checks are not made out to you, the driver, please make sure the car owner is available to sign the paperwork. No payout will be issued without the completed W-9.
All driver information forms, W-9's, and USRA License Applications will be completed and stored electronically. This is also a lot safer for your personal information, no pieces of paper floating around!!
Please do not bring paper forms to the track, Anna will have all of last year's drivers in the database. The information will just need to be updated, you will sign electronically, and with the click of a button, you'll be saved in our database!
